GPT-MD and our other AI as a service offerings are HIPAA-compliant. HIPAA-compliance is a key limitation of many other AIaaS offerings which do not sign a BAA or focus on this especially challenging domain. We also focus on ensuring workflows to safely apply AI in healthcare. Users should always be aware AI is applied and humans must review outputs for any potentially patient-impacting use cases.
